About FRS

A new operating model for fleet reconditioning.

FRS brings fast, on-site, one-stop reconditioning directly to commercial fleets \u2014 built on decades of reconditioning craft and a repeatable model designed for national scale.

Our Mission

Reconditioning built around uptime and cost.

Millions of commercial vans operate across U.S. fleets, accumulating damage and wear every day they run. Traditional body shops are built around insurance collision work — not fleet-specific workflows — and conventional repair can take weeks, with every day out of service carrying an operational cost.

Fleet Reconditioning Services was founded in 2024 to change that. By bringing certified technicians directly to fleet locations and applying a repeatable, standardized reconditioning process, FRS targets a 24–72 hour turnaround per qualifying vehicle — keeping fleets presentable, available and on the road.

The result is a platform designed to scale — market by market — without compromising quality.

What Defines Us

An advantage that repeats.

01

Lower Cost

FRS management reports reconditioning costs can run 30–50% below traditional body-shop costs for applicable work.

02

Faster Turnaround

FRS targets 24–72 hours per vehicle for qualifying reconditioning work — not multi-week conventional repair cycles.

03

On-Site, One-Stop

Collision-related cosmetic damage, wear and tear, redeployments and retirements handled through a single accountable partner.

04

Reduced Logistical Friction

On-site service and valet pickup/delivery eliminate the employee time lost shuttling vehicles to and from repair facilities.

05

Fleet-Specific Operations

Built specifically around commercial fleet workflows, rather than treating fleet work as secondary to insurance collision repair.

06

Multi-Market Potential

A single fleet relationship can extend across multiple operating territories as the network grows.

Heritage

Two generations. One craft.

For more than three decades, The Ding King built a recognized authority in paintless dent repair and technician training under Todd Sudeck — training thousands of technicians across the reconditioning trade.

FRS applies that inherited craft to a modern, fleet-specific operating model — turning decades of reconditioning mastery into a repeatable engine for national growth.
